• We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Lebanon.

• If your location is outside standard courier coverage, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

• A flat delivery fee of 3 $ applies to all orders.

• Free delivery may be offered for orders above 100 $ (if applicable).

4. Cash on Delivery

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders in Lebanon.

• Please prepare the exact amount, as couriers may not carry change.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by SMS/WhatsApp/call from our courier partner with delivery updates.

6. Delivery Issues

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to reschedule.

• Orders not claimed within 5 days may be canceled.
